Small, but mighty, ºBrix brews in-house on our small batch three barrel system which gives way to detail on every brew to make sure we are serving you quality libations. We like to keep up with trends, but we're not about following the heard. ºBrix is dedicated to producing beer that can satisfy any novice without gimmicks. We strive to understand the history of beer styles & offer beers that not only taste great but are easy to drink as well, all thanks to head brewer & long time Greeley resident Jeremy Fusco.

Mango IPA


ABV: 6.8% IBU: 58
Brewed with Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Citra & Centennial hops. A full mouth feel with a bright floral aroma & a touch of real mango. Yes you may.

Märzen Style Lager


ABV: 5.9% IBU: 21

Brewed back in March as tradition goes, our German-style Oktoberfest lager has a light toasty malt and bready flavor, restrained bitterness with a dry finish. Das Boot ist Gut!

Irish REd Ale


ABV: 5.2% IBU: 20
Forget beer trends, this working class full bodied Irish red ale with a malty profile is the meat & potatoes of beer my friend. Malty profile, slightly sweet, not overly bitter and well balanced.

Monk 'N' Berry

Blackberry Quad


ABV: 12% IBU: 20
This mahogany hued Belgian style quad is packed with a deep
malt profile, candied sugar and blackberry bringing a sweet
characteristic to this complex boozy heavy hitter.

Bear Belly

Cranberry & Honey Porter


ABV: 6.5% IBU: 24
This American style porter is brewed with 20lbs of locally sourced orange blossom honey & then fermented with cranberry purée. Just what the bear ordered!

Red IPA


ABV: 6% IBU: 46
This malt forward Red IPA was brewed with Citra, Amarillo, Huell Melon hops with only a slight bitterness & a sweet finish. A great segue from summer to fall.
